Refund policy
- Trip Maker Hub will only refund leads that meet the following 3 criteria:-
TripMakerHub will only refund Phone Verified leads.- Refunds are only available for leads where travelers have Cancelled Plans or have Already Booked their trips when you contact them the first time.
- Refunds need to be reported within 48 Hours of purchasing the lead. Refunds decisions will be made by Trip Maker Hub after confirming with the traveler and will be Final.
- TripMakerHub will Not refund any leads where the customer does not answer or reply to calls / emails.
- A processing fee of Rs. 50 (Domestic/Outbound leads) and Rs. 100 (Inbound leads) will be charged for disapproved refund requests.
- If 3 out of last 5 refunds processed in your account are disapproved, your refund privileges will be deactivated for 10 days.
